19 years of experience in class 3, class 2, social casino, iGaming, and route gaming

Steven is a seasoned professional with vast experience in creating and directing successful games for both land-based and social casinos. He recently served as the Chief Technology Officer at Eclipse Gaming, where he was in charge of the company's product strategy, leading new product development and innovation, performance optimization, and portfolio growth to support key gaming industry trends.

Before Eclipse, Steven worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Monarc Gaming Labs, a subsidiary of NHN Entertainment. During his tenure, he was responsible for all the company's operations, including strategic initiatives, organizational restructuring, and expansion of the casino gaming library for social, online, and crypto markets while significantly reducing operating expenses.

Prior to Monarc, Steven enjoyed a long career at Scientific Games / WMS Gaming, where he worked his way up to the role of Senior Producer, and was responsible for some of the company's most successful games.

Steven has a proven track record of launching highly successful products and has a deep understanding of his customers' needs. He has always been a driving force in growing gaming portfolios and market share.

In his personal life, Steven is also a youth soccer coach and is the 2023 chili and ribs cook-off champion of his neighborhood!
